Designed by award-winning Crosson Architects, Elysian is the result of impeccable design craft, resulting in timeless architecture of elegant proportions.
A key hallmark of timeless architecture is its ability to endure, in part, owing to the quality of its foundational materials. At Elysian, quality is expressed through a sophisticated and elegantly restrained material palette. Stone, is the hero of the building, chosen for its raw charm and integrity. The stone is paired with sleek black metal and bronze joinery, providing contrast and lustre to the building’s exterior.
The design showcases premium materials and specifications, combined with optimal building orientation, culminating in a structure that is not only aesthetically captivating but also remarkably energy-efficient.
The scalloped façade truly defines this graceful building. Inspired by the site’s historical shoreline, this undulating, sculptural form is a cohesive language expressed throughout the buildings design, from swathes of exterior stone to textured, fluted glass, down to the finest banding on tapware.
From its very conception, connection to the outdoors was a key focus in Elysian’s design. The northern edge of the building has been set back from the boundary to afford each of the ground floor units a generous landscaped courtyard. The balconies on the second level provide a covered terrace for your built-in BBQ and outdoor furniture, while the perfectly manicured garden beyond is a feature rarely seen in apartments.
