After three years of preparation, site works have officially started at 25 Balfour Road.

We successfully relocated the historic villa to Matakana. The villa was carefully braced, loaded onto trailers, and delivered to its new home. Read more about that here.

Now, the focus has shifted to site remediation. Greenway’s team sorted materials and recycled what could be reused, minimising our environmental impact.

With these steps completed, Kalmar Construction is set to begin building soon.
