It’s been a strong start to the year at 25 Balfour Road, with solid summer weather helping drive great progress. The piling rig has arrived and foundation work is now well underway.

We marked the milestone with a special groundbreaking event, joined by Auckland Mayor Wayne Brown. His presence acknowledged the significance of Elysian as a landmark addition to Parnell and the city’s evolving luxury landscape.

Interest has surged since construction began, with a noticeable lift in visitors to the Display Suite at 114 St Georges Bay Road. The public is taking notice as Auckland’s finest boutique development starts to take shape.

Next up: piling continues around the full perimeter before we pour the ground floor slab. That will kick off our top-down construction approach and the 8,000sqm basement dig beneath.
