Project Director John Carter and Technical Lead Benjy Simmons take us inside the process, explaining how the team collaborated closely with Crosson Architects to deliver a solution that meets both the aesthetic and thermal demands of the project.

The result is a custom anodised joinery system, thermally broken to handle Auckland’s unique climate. Warm in winter, cool in summer, and sealed to perfection. It’s a rare spec for a multi-residential project in New Zealand, and a major reason why Elysian will set a new standard for building performance.
